Dental sign up
We know that preparing for your dental licensing exam is stressful, and having the right materials makes a big difference.
When supply from the manufacturer is high, making products available to everyone is easy. But when supply is low — like it was last spring — we need a fair system to share what we have.
To help with this, we are building a list of customers who have upcoming exams. We will use this list to prioritize those with the earliest exam dates when new inventory arrives.
We do not know exactly when items will be available, and we cannot guarantee stock — but we will do everything we can once inventory comes in.
How to sign up
Download the PDF for a visual guide.

- Download the PDF for a step-by-step visual guide.
- Log in to the NDEB (National Dental Examining Board) portal and take a screenshot of your registration information. The screenshot must clearly show your registration number, exam date, and your name as the examinee (see example above).
- Find the confirmation email you received from the board when you registered for your exam.
- Forward that email, along with your screenshot, to dental_registration@candent.ca.
We will add you to our list and contact you directly once inventory becomes available. If inventory arrives after your exam date has already passed, we will not contact you.
Please Note
- Be patient with timing. If you have not received an email from us, it simply means we are still waiting for stock to arrive. Your spot on the waiting list has not changed. New inventory can take several weeks to come in. Sending follow-up emails or calling us will not speed up the process.
- Submit only once. Sending your information more than once may result in your registration being locked. This is to prevent duplicate or bulk orders.
- Your information is private. Signing up is voluntary. All data is kept internal and is never shared with anyone outside our company. All information is deleted once your exam date has passed.
- Not all staff will have access to your information. Calling or visiting our office to follow up will not change your place on the waiting list.
What You'll Receive
- Once we receive inventory, we will divide it into sets of 5 of each tooth type which are available. This ensures that every person on the list receives at least an equal amount. There will be no substitutions or changes to the sets.
- Once the initial sets have been distributed, any remaining stock will be released through our regular online store updates. You are still welcome to order during those updates.
Why We Do This
- Fair access — To make sure that customers registered for the exam have access to at least an equal supply of teeth.
-
Prevent bulk resale — To reduce the chance of limited stock being bought in large quantities, or under multiple names, by people who are not preparing for the exam.
Who Won't Be Prioritized
If you have already purchased items that are currently in limited supply within the last few months, you may not be prioritized through this process.
A Note on Communication
We are doing this to support our customers. We ask that all interactions with our staff remain respectful. We are working hard to help as many people as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I sent my information but have not received a reply. First, double-check that you sent your email to dental_registration@candent.ca and not a different address. You should receive a reply confirming that we received your information. This confirmation does not mean that teeth are available right away, just that your information has been received.
-
Can I choose which teeth to purchase? No. Teeth are divided equally for every person on the list, for as long as inventory lasts. This ensures that all customers have access to the same items. If you need specific teeth only, please wait for a general restock once supply returns to normal.
Once factory supply stabilizes and shortages are resolved, teeth will be available to order at any time without registration.
