Dental sign up
This is not a rushed or urgent process! You do not have to stress or worry to sign up before others. We are working to ensure that there is enough stock for everyone so it will not sellout - whether you sign up immediately or 10 days later. We are working to take the stress out of ordering.
We are committed to trying to help customers who are registered for exams get teeth they require.
After months of conversations with various parties we hope to have a solution for you. This will start with endo teeth only and as supply increases we may expand it to other teeth but that is yet to be determined.
How to register? Download the PDF
-
Log in to the NDEB portal and take a screenshot of your registration information. The screenshot must display the registration number, exam date and examinee name - see example below.
-
Find the email that you received from the board confirming that you have registered for the exam.
-
Forward that email along with the screenshot you took earlier to dental_registration@candent.ca. It must come directly from the email address used for registration with no alterations.
- Please allow 15 - 20 minutes for submission acceptance into our system. Every submission will be vetted and once approved you will receive an email with ordering instructions. This may take up to 1 - 2 business days and we appreciate your patience.
- Orders will be filled in the normal processing timeline.
Multiple submissions may result in you being locked out (this is done on purpose to avoid people trying to overorder) so please do not resubmit
Signing up is a voluntary process. All data is internal and your data is never shared.
What will you get?
- We will make a set containing 5 of each endo tooth (#1.1, #2.1, #3.4, #3.6, #4.6) available to each registered candidate to ensure that everyone has at least the same amount of teeth.
- As additional stock becomes available we will make them available as a standard inventory update but our priority is to have enough teeth so that customers throughout the year have access. You can still order during regular updates.
Why
- Ensure that people registered for the exam have access to at least an equal amount of teeth
- Reduce the chaos and stress of ordering and competing with people who are not actively registered for the exam
- Reduce the possible resale of teeth by those that are buying in bulk or under multiple names
We are doing this in order to help our customers and appreciate that interactions with our staff remain respectful and cordial. Rude and aggressive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many times can I purchase the kit once authorized?
You are allowed to purchase the kit once after receiving authorization.
Why have I not received the email with ordering instructions if I sent the requested information?
Please verify that the email was sent to dental_registration@candent.ca and not to another email address.
If that is not the issue and more than two days have passed since you sent the information, please contact support at support@candent.ca.
Why, despite receiving the email indicating that "You are now able to order one set of endo teeth," does the product not appear available?
The most likely reason is that the email address associated with the account created with us is not the same as the one used to register for the exam. Please create a new account using the email address used during the exam registration and inform us so we can update the information.
Why is the free shipping option not available for this purchase?
Although orders over CAD 350 before taxes typically qualify for free shipping, please be aware that the product "Set of 700 Series Endodontic Teeth, 5 ea" is excluded from this offer. Therefore, even if your order total exceeds CAD 350, it will not be eligible for free shipping due to the inclusion of this product.
It is shown that the set is not eligible for free shipping due to the insurance charges required because of the high value of the product, as well as the fact that each registered individual is only allowed to purchase this set once.
Can I choose which teeth to purchase?
If you wish to purchase the teeth individually, please wait for our next stock update when the items become available. However, if you're interested in purchasing the kit we've made available for registered students, please note that the items cannot be removed from the kit, as it is sold as a complete set.
