For Canadian customers, prices do not include taxes. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the province / shipping address.

• We accept orders from schools, universities, government agencies, hospitals, libraries, and institutions. Private institutions must have an approved account.

Privately operated institutions must have a valid, approved account before purchase order can be processed.

Pick up an order locally

• During checkout choose Pick up in Store as your delivery method
• You’ll be notified when the order is ready for pick-up.
• Orders must be collected within 14 days of completion.

International Ordering

• Additional processing time and information may be required.
• Check your email for potential follow-ups.
• Shipping may involve additional charges and adjustments.
