Ordering
All orders must be placed online. All orders are filled in sequence and this is required for us to be able to track inventory and ensure accuracy of the orders.
Yes, when checking out you will be given the option to select Pick up as a shipping method. Your order will be prepared and kept in our warehouse for you to pick up, during our operating hours. You will receive an email that you order is ready to pick up.
We typically receive new stock every 2 - 4 weeks but specialty teeth can take longer. We provide updates by email. Ordering online is required to track inventory and we are not able to take preorders at this time.
Anytime new inventory is expected we notify subscribers by email. If you are not already subscribed, you can do so here.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We have experience shipping to Asia, the Middle East, Africa and remote areas including the Arctic Circle, French Polynesia and more. If you are unsure about any importation fees or tariffs please contact your local customs office.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We are happy to help you pick up your order instead of shipping if it was destined to an Ontario address.
If your order was shipping to a province other than Ontario we cannot make that change and your order will be cancelled or shipped.
